About Us
Founded in 1994, our organization began with a single ambulance and a deep commitment to assist people in times of need. Over the years, our dedication to excellence has transformed us into a leading emergency response provider, serving hospitals like Somaiya, Parakh, Fortis, and others across Mumbai and beyond. Our highly trained team, equipped with advanced cardiac and ventilator ambulances, has facilitated critical transfers and supported heart transplant teams. Today, we proudly partner with prominent hospitals and corporate clients, continuing our mission to deliver exceptional care when it matters most.
Founded in 1994, our organization was born out of a deep commitment to assist people during their times of need. What began as a humble service with just one standard ambulance has grown into a comprehensive emergency response provider, renowned for our unwavering dedication to saving lives.
Our journey began modestly, but our passion for excellence led us to expand our services rapidly. In 2000, we proudly acquired our first cardiac ambulance, allowing us to better serve patients with critical heart conditions. By 2010, our fleet had grown to three ambulances, extending our reach from Mumbai across India.
In 2010, we became the official vendor for Somaiya Hospital Chunabhatti and Parakh Hospital Ghatkopar, marking a significant milestone in our growth. Our commitment to providing top-tier emergency services gained further recognition between 2016 and 2022, when we were authorized vendors for Fortis Hospital. During this period, we achieved a remarkable feat by facilitating critical heart transfers, transporting patients from the airport to the hospital with the esteemed heart transplant team led by Dr. Anvay Mule and Dr. Sandeep Sinha, with major support from Mr. Rupesh Nimbalkar (Green corridor).
Our team is highly trained and prepared for any emergency. Our staff members have received Basic Life Support (BLS) training, while our doctors have undergone Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training, thanks to the guidance and expertise of Fortis Emergency Department’s Dr. Sandeep Gore, Sister Shobha, and the entire Fortis Emergency and management team.
